The On Tap community have had their say – and now the most common plumbing annoyances have been revealed! For World Plumbing Day, we surveyed our trusted community of Bristan installers on the most common plumbing mistakes they encounter on the job.

2. Consumers buying parts online that aren’t suitable for the plumbing system, just because they like the look
3. Removing a blocked trap and pouring it down the sink
